Jason Tweed, editor of Grand Prix Champ, is a lifelong racing fan. His dream of professional racing never came to fruition because of a disability requiring him to use a wheelchair. While not very fast, he's one of the few racing fans that has spent every day since age six with wheels under him.
One of the first online merchandisers of licensed racing gear, primarily NASCAR, he grew an appreciation for all forms of motorsport. His love for speed, however, made Formula One and its American cousins his true passion.
His desire is to reinvigorate IndyCar racing, and introduce more Americans to Formula One racing through Grand Prix Champ.
Grand Prix Champ was updated and relaunched in 2012.
